Vincent Eschalier was entrusted with the renovation of an old printing house in the 10th arrondissement of Paris into a set of 17 lofts.

In each of them, the space is distributed to create a large living-kitchen unit while the bedroom is placed upstairs in a floating volume like a ship.

The materials chosen echo the building’s initial function: metal staircase and column, large glass roofs … Everything has been reinterpreted into a pleasant living space reminiscent of the factory of yesteryear.
