Remarkable for its location in the heart of Issy-les-Moulineaux and its volume, this former office building now houses twelve apartments.

The complex layout of the existing building was re-divided to create apartments ranging in size from duplexes to triplexes. A new glass roof overhung by a zinc sheet accentuates the particular geometry of the building, giving it a rhythm, while bringing height and zenithal lighting to the duplexes on the top floor. Particular attention was paid to the openings and the treatment of natural light, while preserving the lines of this old building that is iconic to the neighbourhood. The apartments all enjoy a view of the Weiden Garden and the upper apartments feature terraces.
