Knightsbridge

Tessuto was commissioned to transform this Knightsbridge mansion flat into the perfect London pied-a-terre for our clients and their three children. Every detail was especially designed and commissioned for the apartment including the handcrafted joinery, bespoke silver and crystal chandeliers, hand painted silk wallcoverings and art work for the reception and dining rooms. Air conditioning was required but with no access to outside space, Tessuto designed a “secret” inner room to house the condensers and other plant. Clever use was also made of the limited space in the children’s shared bedroom by introducing couchette style bunk beds with hand embroidered fabric curtains.
