Designing a vertical garden city in capital of Iran, Tehran

Niatous free-standing high-rise is actually a 4-acre lifestyle, proposing a life to be lived in a vertical town.

Schedule of accommodation, client’s expectations, business facts and sales market on one hand, and factors such as assessment of Iranian users’ taste in the project, evaluation of specific needs rising from living in such large apartments of such a high-rise, and structural and MEP considerations on the other hand resulted in definition of a basic DNA for the project to be designed.

Meantime, relocation of some spaces including the coffee shop, gym, and the pool to the high-rise’s interiors on the 25th floor, and a just allocation of approximately 7000 sqm communal spaces of the high-rise complex, were among the most important priorities to MESH team.

According to the client’s sales plan, the units were planned and targeted as 400, 800, 1600 sqm units. another important and influential factor in Fereshte high-rise design process, was the removal of the commercial floor in benefit of the high-rise’s residential units and the life-style quality they could offer. This Decision resulted in the production of a two-way lobby with 13 meters height at both the northern and southern entrances.
