The project involves the addition of a floor to an existing 2000 residence, as well as a complete, radical reconstruction.

The reconfiguration of the spaces began with the creation of a floor plan and the provision of several alternative solutions.

The views, the surrounding area and the entrance were studied in detail at a 2D as well as 3D level.

The design aimed to incorporate the addition in a contemporary manner by unifying it with the existing residence.
