Scope: Space Planning, material selection and specification, preparation of construction drawings, FF&E selection, specification procurement and installation.

Raw refinement was the driving design inspiration for Oro. A casual yet rich color scheme creates a sense of warmth while incorporating the industrial character of the architecture. The custom brick fireplace was made of reclaimed bricks collected and installed by a local mason. Playing of the golden exterior color palette, the Vida team chose the name ORO for this building which means GOLD in Spanish. The Vida team designed the logo and signage of ORO throughout.
