An architectural exclamation point along Seattle's expanding skyline.

Spire is a 440-foot tall, high-rise multifamily condominium tower that enhances Seattle’s ever-expanding skyline while offering an energetic and welcoming pedestrian environment at its base. The building is located within a tight and complex site at the borders of Seattle’s Uptown, South Lake Union, Denny Triangle and Belltown neighborhoods. This elegant and slender tower acts as an architectural exclamation point to the junction of these fast-growing urban communities.

The design of the tower was inspired by Downtown Seattle’s recent boom in urban renewal, much of which is taking place within Spire’s immediate vicinity. The tower responds to this specific environment and is intended to complement and enhance the revitalization along 6th Avenue.

This project was designed by VIA prior to merging with Perkins Eastman.
