Located in uptown Oakland, this 23-story high rise exudes a sophisticated strength with a soft and sensual palette effortlessly layered with powerful art moves and modern luxuries. With its timeless interior of bleached oak, muted jewel-tones, stone textures, and 180-degree full-glass views of Lake Merritt, Vespr creates a new standard for downtown living in Oakland. Taking influences from nature and blending in the urban culture of the Bay Area, Vespr strives for a timeless residential experience like no other. Impactful art moments by local artisans such as a glass installation by Ray King and a hand-painted mural by Drew Young are interwoven through over 20,000 square feet of sophisticated amenity spaces.
