Revitalisation of 1950's built neighbourhood. The demolishing of about 300 small apartments which will be replaced by 124 single family houses and 76 bigger appartments. With respect to the current green atmosphere we designed a new urban plan. Like in all our housing projects we try to give the buyers and renters of the houses as much as possible influence on the layout of their houses.
