Project Summary

Overlooking the north side of Katameya Heights, Amaz Golf Residence is an affluent residential area situated in New Cairo. The compound is the latest vision for life and luxury, allowing its inhabitants to experience a sense of atmospheric exclusivity. The commercial venture seeks to transform the desert sand into a beautiful green oasis centered in the middle, including luxury villas, lodges, a

marvelous clubhouse that includes fine dining.

Challenges:

When developing the design, the team faced two key challenges: The land location and the surrounding area. Firstly, Katameya Residence stands at an altitude of 30 meters above Amaz Residence thereby causing a significant difference in the height levels of both locations. Moreover, it was crucial for the team to simultaneously sustain and elevate the surrounding neighborhoods while cultivating Amaz Residence.

In order to overcome the following obstacles, the team of skilled architects conceived several creative solutions through a deliberately thought-out design. Firstly, they decided to utilize the difference in levels by creating a sloping road surrounded by natural greenery that leads to the exotic oasis present in the heart of the residential area. Additionally, the team devised a plan to develop the neighboring area in a lavish yet sustainable manner.

Inspiration:

Amaz residence strives to develop a coherent design that permits a harmonious flow between both interior and exterior spaces.

The ethos of the luxurious villas, buildings, lodges, and clubhouses have been shaped by the development of the lush oasis and the incorporation of natural elements in both interior and exterior spaces. Amaz Residence strives to create exceptional moments that gratify and enchants through creating a tranquil atmosphere that defines the region.

Interior:

The inspiration behind the design comes from the classic interiors of the 60s and is implemented in a contemporary luxurious manner. The design uses earthy colors in order to complement the landscapes and blend in with nature and the environment. Each palette includes various textures and tones, providing authenticity and a distinctive mood to the living atmosphere. In addition, high-quality wood is prominently used in the design to enhance the vintage feel of the space.
