Greenland Changshu Historic Street

Greenland | Changshu Historic Street is located on North Haiyu Road in Changshu. As the first comprehensive residential development project of Greenland Group, it integrates various architectural forms including apartment, garden villa, commercial area, school and so on. In the residential zone, the main road unfolds in the vein of tree branches, combining with spaces between residences to create a natural, organic and modern Shanghai-style residential garden. Phase I and II of landscape design are dominated by an existing stream running east to west through the project site. A large lake on the west forms a natural separation between the residential area and the centralized business district, yet both sides could share the resources of the lake.
