Tessuto was commissioned to adapt a redundant 1960’s office block into 151 private rental sector studio apartments. We were responsible for the space planning and interior design of the studios, reception areas, common parts and amenity areas within the building.

As this was the client’s flagship project, we worked closely with them to develop their brand identity and create an appropriate contemporary design language for the interiors that would appeal to their young, mid-market, target demographic.

High quality and extremely durable finishes and furnishings were specified on a very tight budget to ensure that future maintenance for the operator would be kept to a minimum.

We have since continued to replicate and evolve this brand design across the whole of the client’s PRS portfolio.
