Croydon Apartments

Project value GBP 7.0m Project GIA 4,250sqm.

Tessuto was commissioned to design 46 1 & 2 bedroom apartments as part of a mixed residential conversion of an existing 1960s office building.

Working as part of a large professional team, Tessuto were responsible for the interior design of the apartments including space planning, kitchen, bathroom, joinery and lighting design, and the specification of all hard finishes.

We were then asked to specify furnishings, window treatments and accessories for a number of show apartments including this 2 bedroom 12

th

floor penthouse, which we meticulously styled to appeal to the client’s target demographic of aspirational first-time buyers.

Tessuto also provided CGIs and photography for the client’s marketing literature and website.
