Kaʻulu by Gentry Condos
Each unit has an oversized 1-car garage (with opportunities to expand to a 2-car garage) with ample room for storage and direct access to units. Front courtyards are provided for ground floor units; large covered lānai create a generous outdoor living for second floor units. The scale and massing of the buildings were carefully crafted to blend seamlessly within the context of the surrounding community. Recesses between the ground floor units provide elevation relief, privacy, and soften the street scene of the buildings, giving the appearance of three detached homes from the front perspective.
Ka'ulu Single Family Homes
Designed to maximize space, these homes offer open, functional layouts that live larger than their footprint. Alley-loaded garages enhance curb appeal, while efficient planning creates a seamless blend of style and comfort. By embracing compact footprints and higher density, attainability can be brought to the market, making homeownership more accessible without compromising quality. Thoughtful details, modern finishes, and smart layouts ensure these homes live big while staying efficient. Perfect for those seeking a well-designed, low-maintenance lifestyle, these homes prove that smaller square footage doesn’t mean sacrificing livability.
