Villa Gele Lis 28 is designed with a phenomenal panoramic view over the water towards the Delftse Hout park. The living room and kitchen are connected around a central indoor/outdoor fireplace.

Because our clients met in an early stage they were able to join forces. The advantage of the joining forces was that they had a better position for negotiating with us and with the contractor and they could benefit from each other’s knowledge and skills.
