Project Summary

With a Mediterranean smell and Italian style the compound inspires and gives the luxurious taste for all the users, The Project is located at km 79 the North coast road and the challenge is that the land is stripped on the seafront, and the site finds a gradation of 18 m above the surface. The site is planned to fit the land and it consists all of graded chalets (G+3) of various sizes from 90 m2 to 180 m2 graded to achieve the vision of gardens, swimming pools and sea view by 50% of the units
