No.1 Urban Resort is located at the waterfront of Hun River in Shenyang. Inspired by the site's surrounding natural river resources, designers make flexible use of existing water elements to create a creek valley throughout the community. With this vivid miniature of Hun River, urban civilization is well integrated into the existed community landscape, achieving a harmonious interaction between nature and life in this brand-new residential space. Meanwhile, the commercial space embellished with flowing springs and luxuriant trees, as well as tranquil sunken courtyard stands out from multiple scenic nodes along the creek valley, showing its own landscaping features in a distinctive way. The whole urban resort is designed as an exquisite artwork of space that fully enables residents here to enjoy the elegance and aesthetics of everyday life.
