Scope: Space Planning, material selection and specification, preparation of construction drawings, FF&E selection, specification procurement and installation.

Hawthorne is a townhome community in the West Temple neighborhood of Salt Lake City. The design has a modern farmhouse aesthetic, and successfully blends pattern with high contrast materials, wood, and leathers. Expansive white walls in the clubroom lounge provide a great backdrop for art, while balancing out the impactful black wood planks at each end of the building.
