The brief was to transform a listed Georgian property into an exclusive leisure club and spa in the heart of Mayfair. Tessuto were commissioned to provide space planning, detailed and technical design and specification of all facilities and communal areas within the property including swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, beauty treatment rooms, changing rooms, gymnasium, wet bar, bespoke wine cellar and screening room. Tessuto were appointed lead designer within a full team of construction consultants and were responsible for managing and overseeing the installation of all specialist spa packages and finishes through to completion.
