nfill townhome neighborhood integrated into the fabric of a

master planned community in Denver as one of the last parcels to be

built

. Buildings are artfully arranged around

a system of paseos that provide attractive green space for every front door, with connections to the larger community trail system.

Unit design caters to a range of buyer types, including 3-story units with a 4

floor roof deck and main floor master end units with wrap-around porches. The variation in unit heights and push and pull of the front building planes creates friendly building massing and a comfortable pedestrian-scale experience.
