A public-facing, mixed-use district that serves as a front door to Tyler Perry Studios, one of the largest film production facilities in the United States.

Within walking distance from the Fort McPherson MARTA station, the Tyler Perry Entertainment District will be a walkable environment connected to a pedestrian and bike greenway system that will connect the entire site with the surrounding community and greater Atlanta, including a connection to the Atlanta Beltline. The development includes a rich collection of landscaped public spaces, including a grand arrival court, outdoor dining courts, and flexible retail courts that can host outdoor events and food trucks.
