PKU Resources Elite Mansion is adjacent to Xinchuan Heart Park in Chengdu High-tech Zone. When we stood at the gate of the mansion courtyard, the trees' mottled shadow reminded us of the eaves tile, bamboo forest and water. They look ordinary but filled with traditional spirits and stories. Personal experiences in the space constructed from the mundane things stored in memory will be eventually sublimated into the residents' precious and emotional reminiscence.

The Elite Mansion, built by PKU Resources and L&A Design Group, follows the world's top luxury residential standards. Based on the design concept of blending Chinese and Western essence, designers integrated the traditional Chinese elements into contemporary architectural fashion, to create a "exquisite, elegant and noble" living realm, and to reshape the image of luxury residences for local people in Chengdu.
