BE on Edgewood is a neighborhood treasure in the Sweet Auburn historic district of Atlanta that consists of two buildings and a shared courtyard. This small complex packs a big cultural punch including tenants Center for Race Amity and One Contemporary Art Gallery.

395 Edgewood is the final piece of the BE complex, which also houses an event space for culturally important and community-minded events as well as private rentals. Once known for its elaborate murals, the building will soon be transformed by current and local artists. The project achieved historic tax credits, was supported by Invest Atlanta’s Sweet Auburn fund, and has become a beacon of renewal along Edgewood Avenue.
