THE BRIAN PAUL HOTEL COMMUNITY

While traveling extensively throughout the Italian countryside, Wade found himself particularly smitten with the numerous hilltop town communities he came across. For Wade, they were not only beautiful and uniquely inviting, but they offered both residents and visitors a rare opportunity to connect with one another in a variety of spaces and settings, and also with nature.

So when Wade and his team were challenged with master planning a hilltop hotel community in Nashville, Tennessee, they jumped at the opportunity.

Set on a 20-acre hilltop, The Brian Paul community will feature a 171-room boutique, luxury hotel (complete with a rooftop pool and 6 bungalows), 650-seat state-of-the-art music venue, a 25,000 sq. ft. Wellness Facility and Spa, a mixed-use Commercial Building, 14 extended-stay luxury apartments, 22 Garden Homes, and seven-acre park.

For this project, the WWA team is taking great care to nestle the community’s structures into the existing landscape in a manner that is befitting Nashville’s architectural history and character. By incorporating some of Tennessee’s indigenous materials, they hope to fashion a project that feels perfectly at home within Music City, USA.
