The Grove at Shoal Creek

The Grove is a mixed-use Village, crafted to offer a distinctive lifestyle that exemplifies the eclectic spirit of Austin. The residential architecture is equally inspired. Each home in the Palmetto Collection has a vibrant quality; with abundant light, memorable features, and a strong indoor/ outdoor connection. Floorplans revolve around central courtyards that bathe interior rooms and hallways with light. Full use of side-yards extends the livable space; replacing barren drainage corridors with enhanced outdoor living. A “Moderated Modern” village theme presents a fresh interpretation of historic styles.
