Wendell Burnette Architects was commissioned in May, 2011 to design the Interior Architecture for the 440,000 square foot [41,000 square meter] flagship headquarters for Artron, one of the leading Art + Architecture publishers in all of China. The complex and intricate interiors program includes a printing plant, offices, a destination bookstore, an atrium library archive, a café / restaurant, museum galleries and exhibit spaces.  WBA is collaborating with Urbanus, a leading architectural design firm in China widely published for design excellence worldwide. Completion is scheduled for summer 2012.
