Emil

brings a modern new building to the historic Droysenkiez, not far from Kurfürstendamm.

In the heart of Charlottenburg, Berlin, the new construction, combined with an additional storey on the existing building, offers a quiet retreat set back from the main street. Green courtyards and shared rooftop spaces create attractive outdoor areas, while the timber-hybrid façade stands out for its high energy efficiency.
