An urban plan for an emerging part of North Bangalore brings new opportunities for development.

With a vibrant mixed-use plan, Perkins Eastman’s design for the Bhartiya area of North Bangalore creates unique neighborhoods and incorporates office, residential, and commercial programs. The heart of the design, the North Commercial Center comprises hotels, high-end serviced apartments, a trade-mart, a seven-story shopping mall, and two office towers that boldly assert the development’s regional presence. An event plaza and grand promenade provide unique public spaces for gathering and strolling. Anchoring other sections of the development, additional housing, commercial, and hospitality buildings, live-work spaces, an international school, and a hospital all add significant value to the area. The design’s innovative land-use program maximizes existing roadways and provides infrastructural connection to greater Bangalore.
