Situated in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this office development serves as the headquarters for the growing software company, Pentana Solutions. Spanning across five levels, the office encompasses approximately 3000 sqm of space.

The building presents a clean and understated architectural statement, with careful attention given to the selection of materials and articulation to reflect the digital nature of Pentana’s core business. The interior spaces have been thoughtfully designed to maximise natural light and create a diverse range of atmospheres, including intimate and inward-facing areas as well as expansive, light-filled spaces. The top floor is dedicated to a function room, lunch area, and outdoor terrace, fostering a responsive and interactive work environment.

The mechanical system has been configured to prioritise energy efficiency, offering a full economy mode with 100% fresh air available depending on the outdoor air temperature.
