The client’s desire to build on the roof of this office building led to the design of four high-rise wooden single-family homes, the renovation of the façades, offices and the layout of the ground floor lobby.

Four houses between 80 m2 and 100 m2 were created, each consisting of two levels, accompanied by an accessible terrace on the building’s roof, extending the proportions of the existing building.
