This project included the masterplanning of a greenfield site in Damastown to accommodate a new European HQ and Manufacturing Facility.

The administration building consists of 3 stories of office accommodation featuring a high performance glazed facade with alternating transparent/opaque patterning. An entrance canopy shelters the arrival space alongside a feature pool. Accommodation consists of cellular and open plan offices, collaborative meeting spaces, laboratory space, a staff work café and a small gym.

This project was brought from inception to start on site within an 18 month period, with an intense period of consultation with the client and stakeholders to deliver the agreed Masterplan and Planning permission. DMOD were responsible for both the architectural and interior design of the European HQ offices.

On site, the project was delivered in 2 phases over a two year period by contractor PJ Hegarty. Throughout the design process DMOD worked closely with MEA, who acted as project managers and civil/structural engineers.
