Industrial Site L

The new company building for Loda, a manufacturer of cleaning products, accommodates production, storage, packaging, distribution and the company’s offices under one roof.

Rather than opting for the typical functional boxes that dominate today’s industrial zones, the aim was to create a carefully refined industrial building that reflects the company’s character. The choice of a steel structure was quickly evident, given the large spans, the slender and elegant detailing possibilities, and the cantilevered upper floor.

The internal structure consists of lattice girders. Externally, flat, bright-white, horizontally placed panels were chosen. Particular attention was paid to the detailing: the joints between the panels are finished with fine precision using T-profiles.
