There are projects that push the boundaries of what we can do in our practice! This is what happened with this pavilion with a swimming pool. A rare example when we developed an architectural and design solution for a private house for one of our regular clients. One of the challenges was to create a compact form with maximum functionality. And the dense surrounding development of high-rise houses dictated a high degree of privacy for the residents and their guests when using the pool. So the idea was born to use louvers on the façade that would allow natural light to flood the entire pavilion space, while at the same time hiding the swimmers from the view of their neighbours. The small architectural volume accommodates everything you need: a swimming pool, bathroom, vestibule, technical cellar and an adjoining terrace where you can even sunbathe in the summer. The interior is as minimalist as possible, with light colors and natural materials to create the ultimate relaxing atmosphere in a mini spa at home.
