Surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing the sea on one side, Shimei Bay is located along the southeast coast of Wanning, Hainan. Composed of two star-shaped bays, Shimei Bay has a six-kilometer coastline, and the hillsides around are covered with lush vegetation. The site is blessed with abundant natural resources. The sea, mountains, sand, rocks, islands, coconut forests and streams constitute a beautiful picture scroll.

The goal of this project is to create an atmosphere of "privacy, serenity, modesty, niche and high taste" for the first-class yacht club. The simple design concept and techniques are applied to create a private, low-key but luxury garden-like landscape. In order to visually highlight the yacht club, the plant landscaping is mainly adopted and supplemented by hardscape. The embankment with straight and inclined slope is designed in combination with the traffic flow, creating a clear spatial structure of public and private space. In order to show the charm of nature, "living" natural materials are used extensively to enhance the personal experience. The overall landscape design focused much on quality, spirit and artistry, and less on decoration and grandiosity.

The landscape design displays the beauty of nature and pays special attention on feelings of the users. Stepping into it, visitors will have a journey that combines unique visual effects and diverse experiences, and enjoy the comfort of nature and the pleasure of vacation.
