Project Description:

Pearla Mall, the Fifth Settlement mall scheme mainly addresses many challenges. The site’s location in the Fifth Settlement, which connects it to the active high highways, the uneasy character of the plot’s challenge with other commercial malls district, and the American university’s architecture theme. The idea of building something so dynamic and smart in terms of elevation that it wouldn’t become old over time and excels at providing the customer with a new experience with each visit.

Design Concept:

“THE GOLD HUB”

The objective is to preserve the entire design and make something gleaming and unique, as a “GOLD HUB”, that reflects New Cairo’s unique nature. The project’s goal is to provide new architectural forms to the neighborhood, breaking away from the commonplace language.
