Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this Modern Coastal Home makes a statement with its prominent features. Its combination of simplistic yet dynamic contemporary design elements make this home stand apart from your typical beach house. This waterfront home was designed for a very shallow footprint from the front to rear, which prompted the cantilever structure floating above the pool. Among its defining characteristics are the large windows throughout the home, offering plenty of natural light, and the panoramic view from the kitchen, dining, and living area.
