Developed by Satya, The St. Regis Residences, Houston is a visionary collaboration between ForrestPerkins, Pickard Chilton, and Kirksey Architecture, where timeless craftsmanship and contemporary sophistication converge.

Rising 38 stories within Houston’s prestigious River Oaks neighborhood, this landmark tower redefines modern elegance through architecture inspired by the gentle movement of Buffalo Bayou. The façade’s sculpted form and glass curvature reflect the light and landscape, creating a dynamic connection between structure and setting.

Inside, ForrestPerkins brings the interiors to life with a design narrative rooted in refinement and authenticity. Every residence—ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 square feet—is thoughtfully composed with natural materials, bespoke millwork, and sophisticated stone selections. Layered textures, warm tones, and curated lighting evoke a sense of understated luxury. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, immersing residents in panoramic views of the Houston skyline and verdant parklands.

Set on nearly four acres neighboring the Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens, the property harmonizes urban living with serene landscape design. The result is a residential environment that feels both connected and secluded.
