Villa Gele Lis 27 has a carefully picked colorscheme of graytones. The horizontal lines contrast with the vertical wooden cladding. One of the design principles is an office on the top floor with a view to the Delftse Hout park.

Because our clients met in an early stage they were able to join forces. The advantage of the joining forces was that they had a better position for negotiating with us and with the contractor and they could benefit from each other’s knowledge and skills.
