Taking advantage of the surrounding natural landscape with views toward a large reservoir and picturesque mountains, Tianquan Lake Wellness Community serves as a model for family senior living. Perkins Eastman’s design offers residents a town center concept with skilled nursing, a hospital, and wellness and amenity spaces. Inspired by hospitality and residential design trends, the architecture and public space design combines simple but elegant materials and textures, including local stone and exposed wood that work in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
