This prominent landmark site on the corner of Glenferrie Road and High Street required careful design resolution to ensure that the works were well considered, precisely resolved and sympathetic to the significant historical of the site. MDG developed extensive 3D models of the site to test design ideas and resolution of key elements. Proposed works included customised seating elements wrapping around two large existing trees, significant streetscape upgrades, remodelling of the porte cochère entry and insertion of extensive new planting to dramatically improve aesthetic and function of the space.
