When RT Edgar approached us to design their new Bayside office, our vision was to create a space that reflects the exceptional quality of homes they represent in the area. We aimed to craft an elevated environment incorporating familiar residential details to both inspire clients and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Moving away from the traditional real estate office model, we placed particular emphasis on the kitchen area. This space serves as a central hub for staff and collaborators, ideal for informal meetings and events, and fosters a strong sense of community and collaboration,
