Scope: Space Planning, material selection and specification, preparation of construction drawings, FF&E selection, specification procurement and installation.

Nestled in the heart of the Pearl District, the concept for this 16 story high-rise project is Classic Edge. Each design detail was thoughtfully curated and executed and resulted in a beautifully unique design like no other. There is a substantial co-work component in the lobby, designed with function and comfort in mind which is utilized by residents.

In addition to the ground floor amenity, there is a sophisticated level 16 sky lounge, a luxurious clubroom, and adjacent amenity roof deck with amazing 360 views of Portland.
