Epping House 1892

Our clients entrusted Studio Trio with a transformative mission encompassing their 1800s homestead in Epping. With Heritage council approval secured to open up the space between kitchen and dining, we embarked on a meticulous design journey. Preserving the original cladding became paramount, shaping every decision. The kitchen now stands as a masterpiece, adorned with full-height cabinetry, a servery, aged brass lighting, and a navy oven. Australian antiques and English fabrics infuse timeless charm. In a compact family bathroom, a clever shower bath maximises space. A practical laundry showcases cost-effective Laminex, while the dining room is a testament to our interior decorating finesse.

This classic colonial style Circa 1892 homestead is a classic example of early Victorian Architecture in Australia.
