A creek side commercial building incorporates native California plants with rain water bio-remediation and filtration.

The project includes permeable unit paving within the parking lots, bio swale filtration for all the walkway paving water runoff as well as elevated planter boxes for roof water runoff and filtration. Each filtration zone was designed to clean the pollutants through soils media and specifically selected plant materials.

The completed landscape provides a very inviting and appropriate creek side planting design that allows the building to more completely blend into its surrounding.
