Comprising 78 boutique dwellings, this premium infill project in Camberwell was designed in association with Rothelowman Architects. The site adjoins the Back Creek walking trail and includes the insertion of a new contemporary park gathering space. Quality streetscape and laneway treatments and a successful public realm environment encourages use of these spaces for social interaction and living beyond one’s immediate home.
