DMOD were commissioned by the site owner to design a boutique apartment development on a corner site on the Stillorgan road and Kill Lane, opposite Foxrock Church. Careful consideration was given to height, massing, road setbacks and interfaces with neighbouring properties.

The layout and design of the site establishes strong façade edges to the main road frontages, which allows the creation of substantial private shared amenity space to the south, towards the proposed structures and away from the adjacent rear gardens.

A successful planning permission for 45 No. Apartments was achieved in March 2020.
