Projeto JF was conceived as a contemporary residential retreat in Florida, where interior architecture enhances the relationship between daily living, comfort, and the surrounding landscape.

The design proposal focuses on creating integrated, calm, and welcoming spaces, balancing functionality with a refined aesthetic. Natural light plays a central role throughout the project, shaping the atmosphere and reinforcing a sense of openness and well-being.

A neutral and warm palette, combined with natural textures and carefully selected materials, ensures visual continuity and timeless elegance.

Concept

The essence of Projeto JF lies in sensory integration.

Each space was designed to feel fluid and cohesive, allowing architecture, furniture, and lighting to work together seamlessly. Clean lines and soft curves coexist to create a welcoming environment, while the layout prioritizes comfort, circulation, and visual balance.

Large openings and framed views connect the interior to the exterior, bringing the landscape into the daily experience of the home and enhancing the perception of space.

Creative Process

The creative process began with an understanding of the residents’ lifestyle and the context of the Florida setting.

Moodboards guided the selection of materials, textures, and finishes, while the spatial layout was developed to enhance natural light throughout the day and support intuitive circulation.

3D visualization played a key role in refining proportions, lighting scenarios, and material harmony, ensuring clarity and precision in the final proposal.
