Located in northern Morocco, the Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay Hotel unfolds along the shores of the Alboran Sea. Surrounded by untouched nature and a rich cultural presence, this Mediterranean enclave redefines luxury through a dialogue between tradition, Moroccan artisanship and the purity of contemporary lines.

Covering an area of 50,000 sqm, this high-end hotel villa complex —with 55 units, restaurants and wellness area— embodies an architectural vision that not only beautifies, but also deepens the experience of those who live it, reaffirming Royal Mansour’s commitment to excellence and innovation in luxury hospitality. Design reflects new ways of experiencing luxury, transcending mere hotel functionality to become a destination in itself— a place where architecture and nature merge to create an unparalleled experience.

项目概念源自场地的本质及其物理特征——起伏的沙丘、本地植被、大海的存在、卡博内格罗的剪影——以及光线回响、微风拂动或候鸟飞行所唤起的情绪。当代的优雅通过摩洛哥工艺传统被注入，以极简的当地材料调色——石材、木材、灰泥——与施工技艺呈现，在精致的体量构成中以克制的姿态成形。

The concept is nourished by the essence of the place and its physical values — the undulating dunes, local flora, the presence of the sea, the silhouette of Cabo Negro — the emotions evoked by the resonance of light, the breeze or the flight of migratory birds. Contemporary elegance infused with Moroccan artisanal tradition through a minimal palette of local materials — stone, wood, plaster — and construction techniques, taking shape with deliberate sobriety in a refined composition of volumes.

A collection of doors throughout the villas reads like a series of architectural portraits. Each is individually designed, echoing the singular character of its space. This artisanal ethos extends to the Moucharabieh, intricately crafted to balance function, ornament, and cultural symbolism. Meticulously designed piece by piece to filter natural light, they cast warm, shifting shadows across every surface, infusing the architecture with a vibrant, ever evolving rhythm.

项目布置为两排交错布局，以棋盘式方式排列，确保海景视线。每栋别墅的进入路径通过一个露天庭院，形成一个景观与建筑交汇的过渡空间。每栋别墅都被构想为一座私密绿洲，体量最大化自然采光，并向地中海景观敞开。建筑围绕庭院、廊架与Moucharabieh格栅展开，创造室内外之间的流动过渡，同时促进自然通风。

The project is laid out in two staggered rows, arranged in a chequerboard pattern to ensure sea views. Access to each villa is provided through an open-air courtyard, creating a transitional space where landscape and architecture converge. Each villa is conceived as a private oasis with volumes that maximize natural light and open toward the Mediterranean landscape. The architecture is structured around patios, pergolas, and Moucharabieh latticework, creating fluid transitions between interior and exterior while encouraging natural ventilation.

康体区如同一个突出的构筑物，由两座一层与三层的体量构成。其内部包含健身房、理疗室、草药空间以及根据传统哈曼浴流程逻辑设计的水疗区。空间包覆以温暖的Iroko木材，在表面投下阿拉伯式与几何纹样的光影。自然光通过木质天窗与蕾丝般的Moucharabieh柔和渗入，为盐水泳池投下光辉，将空间转化为沉浸式的静谧体验。

The wellness area emerges as a prominent piece, composed of two volumes rising one and three stories. It houses a gym, treatment rooms, an apothecary space, and a spa designed according to the spatial logic of the traditional Hammam ritual. Clad in warm Iroko wood, casting patterns of arabesques and geometric rhythms across the surfaces. Softly illuminated through a wooden skylight and lacy Moucharabieh, natural light bathes the saltwater pools transforming the space into an immersive atmosphere of serenity and quietness.
