Studio Tali Gotthilf’s Amdocs offices in Nazareth masterfully blends innovation and community, creating dynamic work neighborhoods that reflect Amdocs’ multicultural identity while promoting employee well-being and sustainability.

Tali Gotthilf Studio completed the new Amdocs North Campus in Nazareth, Israel—a 3,500-square-meter workplace spread across two floors, complemented by a 700-square-meter rooftop terrace overlooking the city. Designed for one of Israel’s largest tech companies, the project reflects Amdocs’ multicultural identity and commitment to community, innovation, and employee well-being.

To break the uniformity of traditional open offices, the studio organized the floorplate into collaborative “neighborhoods.” Each cluster is enclosed with sliding partitions that double as whiteboards and acoustic panels, ensuring flexibility and sound comfort. Filmed glass maintains visual openness while preserving privacy and panoramic views. Private soundproof booths and glass-walled meeting capsules support focused work, while larger meeting rooms feature modular furniture for quick reconfiguration. A landscaped rooftop, shaded by wooden pergolas, offers an outdoor extension of the workspace where employees can relax, meet, or work surrounded by greenery.

Amdocs’ technological evolution—from early punch cards to contemporary software and AI—served as a visual narrative. A perforated “dot” motif inspired by punch cards appears in backlit LED panels at the entrance, transforming the lobby into an interactive display for community events. The motif continues in locker ventilation, glass film patterns, and lighting details. Curved walls and an irregular linear lighting fixture enhance movement and create fluid circulation throughout the space.

Sustainability was integral to the design. Meeting rooms use cork flooring; carpets and acoustic elements incorporate recycled materials; and key ceiling and furniture systems are made from 100% recycled plastics. Existing HVAC, fire systems, and lighting infrastructure were preserved and upgraded. LED lighting, daylight harvesting, and a large green roof reduce energy consumption while supporting employee comfort and environmental health. Multi-use rooms that double as yoga studios and EV-ready parking further support a future-focused, wellness-driven approach.

Rooted in Amdocs’ heritage yet oriented toward the future, the workspace expresses the company’s identity through movement, color, and thoughtful functionality. The project demonstrates how design can translate corporate culture into a tangible, energizing experience for employees.
