“清晨的阳光总爱在地板上描出细碎的光纹，煮咖啡的香气漫到客厅，凑成最踏实的烟火气，家不用多华丽，几处藏着心意的小角落，就足够装下所有细碎的美好。”

ORDER/ARTISTRY/PRACTICALITY GRADATIONS

包豪斯主义重塑了现代设计的语言，定义了功能与美学的新关系，其核心理念“形式追随功能”，打破了传统装饰艺术的桎梏，将设计推向理性与人文的双重维度。它摒弃了传统设计中的繁琐装饰，注重产品的实用性和美观性的结合，强调对新材料、新技术的探索和应用，以及对形式和空间的创新。

本案设计师以包豪斯精神为内核，通过材料重构与空间解构，在这个现代住宅中，演绎了一场功能与美学的双重变奏。

DESIGN PRESENTATION

客厅

Living Room

打破"沙发-电视"的固化模式，客厅被解构为多维度交互空间。

Breaking the rigid model of "sofa TV", the living room is deconstructed into a multidimensional interactive space.

飘窗区域被改造成复合功能带，底部的开放格收纳常读书籍，上方柜体延伸出悬浮式书桌，形成阳光阅读角。

The bay window area has been transformed into a composite functional strip, with an open compartment at the bottom for storing frequently read books, and a suspended desk extending from the upper cabinet to form a sunny reading corner.

全屋通铺的墨绿色小长砖，是空间的第一重叙事。

The dark green small long bricks that cover the entire house are the first narrative of the space.

这种诞生于包豪斯的几何语言，以1:3的黄金比例切割空间视觉。

This geometric language, born in Bauhaus, cuts the visual space in a golden ratio of 1:3.

餐厅

Dining Room

绿色哑光釉面在自然光下呈现微妙的肌理变化，与暖白的空间色调形成对话。

The green matte glaze presents subtle texture changes under natural light, forming a dialogue with the warm white spatial tone.

红洞石餐桌以天然纹理打破空间秩序，其粗粝质感与樱桃木橱柜的细腻形成强烈对比。

The red marble dining table breaks the spatial order with natural textures, creating a strong contrast between its rough texture and the delicate cherry wood cabinets.

厨房

Kitchen

从玄关延伸至厨房，连续的砖面如同建筑基座，将零散功能区统合为完整的生活场域。

Extending from the foyer to the kitchen, the continuous brick surface acts as a building base, integrating scattered functional areas into a complete living space.

办公区

Office Area

定制的超长异形书桌横向延伸，白色与绿色形成撞色处理，灯光在桌面投下光影，随着时间推移演绎动态几何。

The customized ultra long irregular desk extends horizontally, with white and green forming a contrasting color treatment. The light casts light and shadow on the desktop, interpreting dynamic geometry over time.

靠窗区域构建了微型艺术展场，伊姆斯躺椅的流线线条与USM模块柜的金属网格形成刚柔对话，酒红色的柜门与整体空间形成色彩对比。

A miniature art exhibition hall has been constructed in the window area, where the streamlined lines of the Ems lounge chair and the metal mesh of the USM module cabinet form a rigid and flexible dialogue. The wine red cabinet door contrasts with the overall space in color.
